Elsa is a certified as a Reflexologist and Reiki practitioner. Among her many passions, she has studied Astrology for about 10 years. Interestingly enough, Astrology is a beautiful instrument that reflects the correlation between the health of the body and the evolution of the spirit. She has been a guest on a few web based radio shows such as "Mark the Rabbit Hole" and "Planet Soul". Elsa has lectured on Astrology topics as well as the connection of etymology, sacred writings and the human body.
Recently traveling to Peru, she visited among the many sacred sites , the beautiful site of Maccu Piccu and experienced a unique and very strong connection to Mother Earth Spirit in this ancient place.
She sees the human body as an amazing and sacred temple that must be nurtured with conscious good housekeeping. " I’ve seen firsthand how modalities such as Reflexology help facilitate healing in people as well helping them reach a relaxed state of being."
