"Let It Out: A Movement Experience"
Are you ready to move and play? Are you wanting or needing to release the built up energies of stress, anxiety, joy, overwhelm, depletion, or emotions in a healthy way? This movement experience was specifically designed to give you a space to let it out: to discover and express your authenticity, to unwind and release tension and to have fun. With the awareness that so much change is going on within our bodies, our lives and on our planet, the time to learn to use healthier tools for navigating, rebalancing and living with more ease is now. Using the tools of music, trained guidance and movement you will walk away from this experience feeling clearer, stronger, realigned, recalibrated and recharged.
"Mastering Your Energetics"
We are at a time in our lives and in the world where it is essential to know how to work with and master our energetics in order to thrive. Many people are highly successful in some areas of their lives, but find that other areas need attention and growth. This workshop was designed to teach you how to grow and move confidently as a leader in your own life and in the world. Learn how to feed the life force of flow, how to maintain balance in stressful situations and learn tools to take control of your physical, psychological and emotional well being. When you show up to this workshop open to transform, you will leave ignited and ready to take action as a powerful force of love in this world.

Chrystal FireHeart Kubis, TLC, is the Founder and Chief Heart of Operations for FireHeart Global. She’s passionately committed to train growing leaders worldwide to transform struggle and stuckness into freedom and flowing power in their lives. Chrystal is an integrative practitioner that uses a variety of modalities built from a lifetime of experience and 20 years of education. Aside from a degree in Holistic Healthcare, she’s worked in company with famous educators at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY from 2004-present. Her training is extensive in the fields of mind, body and spirit wellness including certifications as a: Transformational Life Coach, Massage Therapist, Ceremonial Leader, Yoga Teacher, Qi Gong Healer, Systema Practitioner and Reiki Master. “I’ve invested my life into learning and believe in walking your talk. Assisting others to rise and fly in their personal power, freedom and evolution is my mission, my passion and my greatest joy.”
