Jennifer Gardner LMT, NMT, is an expert JFB Myofascial Release Therapist, a CranioSacral Therapist, a Reiki Master, an energy worker, a teacher, an empath, a public speaker, an introvert, an aromatherapist, and an intuitive facilitator of the healing process. She lives, works, and plays in Columbus, Ohio; and, for the past 8 years, Jennifer has been experimenting with ways to incorporate healthy practices into her lifestyle. She keeps what works for her while letting the rest go.
Jennifer is a believer in going her own way. She finds it unsettling to follow the crowd blindly or to take advice unquestioningly. It is highly unlikely that you'll ever see Jennifer using protocols in her practice or in her life. She spent much of her life trying to live by the rules of others, which, she has discovered, was the root cause of anxiety and depression in her life. Now that she is living by her own rules, she is continually discovering a new sense of health, happiness, calm, and peace.
Jennifer loves learning, and she oftentimes finds herself reading books on quantum physics, epigenetics, fascia, consciousness, animal guides, crystals and gemstones, relationships, fractals, and mythology, among various other topics. She is also a skeptic and finds herself curious enough to question everything, even her own beliefs. When she is not working, Jennifer likes to grab her camera and venture outside where she enjoys taking close-up pictures of small things. She now has a big girl camera (SLR), so feel free to offer advice on how to use all of the dials and buttons. She loves spending time outside to re-energize her system and can sit quietly for hours just observing the hustle and bustle of nature.
