IMMEDIATELY send an email to RootwireEmail@gmail.com as soon as you have sent your crypto-payment with "CRYPTO-CURRENCY TICKET PAYMENT" as the Subject Line of your message. In the BODY of the email let us know:
- Which coin you have used.
- The address of the wallet you have sent coin to.
- The address of the wallet you sent the coin from.
- The Transaction ID code (TX ID) This allows us to know the exact time of your purchase which proves value of coin at that time.
- The number and type of tickets you are purchasing from us (i.e. 2 Pre-Party Passes, 2 Weekend Passes, 1 Preferred Camping Pass)

- The total amount of the $USD cost of your order.
- The full names of all persons whom passes were purchased for as it appears on their State Issued IDs. (This is so your name(s) can be added to our front gate list ONLY. Your name(s) will NOT be shared through any other means to any other entities)
SAVE THIS EMAIL AS IT WILL BE USED AS PART OF THE TICKET CONFIRMATION PROCESS!
- When we receive your email and coin deposit notification, we will verify that the value amount of the coin matches our current ticket price based on the time you sent your email to us/sent the coin to our wallet. (IF YOUR COIN TOTAL DOES NOT MATCH THE COST OF YOUR PURCHASE WE WILL NOTIFY YOU AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE)
- Once our verification is complete and your deposit has been accepted into our coin wallet, we will add you to our FRONT GATE LIST and send you a final confirmation email. All you will need to do is show us your ID(s) at the gate to receive your passes. SAVE THIS EMAIL as it will act as your receipt of ticket purchase should your name be missing from the Front Gate List.
- This transaction may take multiple days to complete depending on the volume of transactions being processed by the Exchange at the time of your purchase. We will notify you as soon as we receive notification of a complete transaction. Please, be patient. If we have not received anything within 7 business days, we will reach out to you.
