"Navigating the Mind: The Language of Emotion"
In this workshop we will explore the nature and language of emotion. We will discuss the four inner Yogas and the structure of our identities. Have you ever been stuck in an emotion and wanted out? Have you ever wished for an emotional roadmap or mental handbook to be able to navigate this crazy thing called life? In this workshop you will be given real concrete approaches to interpreting and navigating the world of emotion and identity.
"Namaste in Action"
Deep within this moment there is a stillness. A stillness overflowing with pure aliveness and infinite potential. In this workshop we will visit the stillness and learn through a guided meditation to welcome it into our daily lives and our daily loves.
Ryan Lubin is a certified martial art master as well as a lifelong scientist and student of life. For 26 years, he has studied science and the martial arts. After a spiritual awakening, he saw the connectivity he had come to love about nature in a completely new and exciting way. Combining science and elements within the martial arts he has developed several techniques to navigate the inner workings of the human experience.
The intense pressure from traumatic events, as well as taking care of an ill parent, created a whole new set of challenges and perspectives. These experiences led him to create a meditation that allow one to view their emotions and identity as a scientific language. For the past 7 years he has been teaching classes and leading meditation workshops. He continues to teach weekly in the southern Oregon area. His goal is to see a logical, hardworking and spiritually aware culture.
