Workshop #1 KUNDALINI YOGA
Experience Your Infinite Self! In this workshop, we will practice a series of energizing and activating kundalini yoga warmups followed by 1-2 kriyas, sequences designed to lead participants through a process of overcoming self-limitation of the mind. We will release pain from the body in therapeutic poses, and then remove blocks from the energetic system which manifest as addictions, chronic stress, or anxiety. Finally, we will practice some blissful meditation together which can involve singing, dancing, mudras, visualizations of energy, and chanting of mantras.
